Mt. Baker is a gem. It is a little out of the way for Seattlites but, a spectacular mountain, with music during lunch and amazing views of Shuksan and the surrounding mountains as you ski. Bring your beginner friends on the weekends when the whole mountain open. bring your non-skiing friends because the snowshoeing up to artist point is a great adventure and you can all have lunch together while listening to live music.
