Impressive conditions and a great day skiing despite this terrible winter. No lift lines and fresh blown snow! Thank you snowmakers!

Everything was machine groomed with no surprises. Cold snap after two days of above 35 melt crusted up any powder pockets. But groomers had some tilled corduroy on 75 percent of the area. Feb 4-5, 2020. Better condition than Whitecap’s hard Quonset hut tin.

Best conditions we’ve seen in 25 years! 4” Monday night added to the 3 from Sunday & no grooming plus the wind resulted in a great Pow day for our crew. Blessed!

After the rainy weekend, over a foot of fresh powder fell for the New Year. Overall excellent conditions, a few icy spots left from the thaw were exposed after a day of skiing and wind.
