2015/2016 Rossignol Temptation 100 ski review. OnTheSnow tested this ski as part of its women’s All-Mountain Back Category, awarding it an Editors’ Choice.

This new ski from Rossignol fills a waist width gap in the Temptation line (including five models ranging from 75-mm to 88-mm underfoot). “The Temptation 100 is a carve-friendly, directional ski that likes to go fast,” says Rodman. “It can hold its own anywhere on the mountain but is on its game in packed powder and on the groomers.” Testers awarded the new model the highest scores in the AMB Category for carving, even with its robust 100-mm waist. Chalk it up to the Temptation 100’s construction: a combination of full-length Extended Sidecut, weight-saving honeycomb-shaped Air Tip, low tip and tail rocker, and a core made with poplar and Titanal. “Takes strength, but this strong ski blows through chopped snow and carves like crazy,” says Pugliese.
