This is absolutely the place for families and anyone looking to enjoy themselves on the mountain (and in town) without a bunch of pretentious nonsense. Friendly and genuine, everyone is happy to help with whatever you need. I'll admit that it lacks the back bowls experience of Vail, but there is enough to challenge you if you know where to look ;) and there truly is enough variety of terrain for all ages and levels of skiers to be comfortable or challenge themselves.
