Snow Reporter Comments:

6:20 AM: **North Ridge will be delayed this morning due to maintenance** Good morning riders and skiers! The forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the mid 30's at the summit and upper 30's to low 40's at the base. We received a soft serve of wet precipitation overnight that added some moisture to our snowpack and should make for some spring like conditions throughout the day. We may see some fog and a few sprinkles today, so grab your moisture wicking gear and join us for a fun day of soft schussing at the Bush! The mild temperatures overnight means that we are operating on a limited grooming plan. Once temperatures cooperate, grooming will expand, and we will reopen Castlerock terrain, likely Friday. You may encounter slightly crusty turns on ungroomed surfaces early on, but that terrain should soften as the day progresses.

GMX kicks things off at 8:00 AM, and all scheduled lifts run from 9:00AM until 4:00 PM, with the exception of our upper mountain lifts, which spin till 3:45 PM. As you may have seen from our social post, we're excited for the replacement of the Heaven's Gate Triple with a new fixed-grip quad. Construction on that lift begins April 1st, at which time we will be closing Heaven's Gate, Castlerock, and all terrain skier's left of Lower Organgrinder including Domino, parts of Lower Jester and Heaven's Gate Traverse, and Gondolier. Check out the post on Instagram or Facebook for more information.

The Sugarbush PARKS crew has set up 105 features resort wide. Come check it all out on Riemergasse, Slowpoke, and of course, the beginner park on Sugarbear Forest. Don't forget the Banked Slalom Course is opened to the public on Sugar Run!

Keep in mind that under all this new snow, natural obstacles still exist, and terrain can still be variable. Take it slow until you know!

Season Passes are already on sale for next season, and they get you free skiing for the rest of this year too. For those not ready to commit to a pass, Quad Packs are back and one of the best deals in skiing! Book your stay at Sugarbush today-- you won't want to miss the sunny, slushy turns that April has to offer (or who knows, maybe we'll still be skiing on fresh pow) Be sure to check out our events calendar to see what sweet events we've got coming up this Spring. Sneak peek-- Pond Skim, Pride Weekend, and our annual FREE Spring Fling concert all await you in the coming month!

All Uphill Travel routes are open. Come enjoy our morning Lincoln Peak uphill route from 4-7 AM, and our evening Lincoln Peak uphill route from 5-10 PM. The uphill route at Mt. Ellen is open as well. While we're all excited about the new snow, we ask that you stay to our designated routes to ensure the safety of yourselves and our mountain operators. Check out our website for our designated uphill travel routes and more information.

First Hand Report

Blue sky, packed powder, groomers left moguls so fun and challenging. By afternoon getting scraped between soft moguls , but a day to remember.
