Snow Report
Status update for Sat, Feb 25

7:05 AM

Join us for another warm fun day at Sugarbush. The snow is soft and forgiving, thanks to temps in the 40's and 50's, and showers aren't forecast to start until late afternoon. Expect early southerly winds that may affect lift operations, turning more westerly as the front approaches. Rain this evening should transition to snow, with potential for elevation-dependent accumulations. Sunday looks increasingly sunny and seasonably winter-like.

We're skiing & riding on 99 trails, served by 13 lifts. Groomers rolled on 38 trails for all abilities, with partial passes on Jester, Downspout and Lower Downspout.

Sugarbush Parks' is holding strong with freestyle features on 3 trails. Sample 17 beginner hits on Slowpoke & 6 on Easy Rider, then dig into 19 intermediate installations on Sugar Run. Riemergasse will have a delayed opening in the morning.

Without a solid overnight refreeze, the off-piste and ungroomed trails are challenging & variable. High-traffic areas and snowmaking trails are best. Spring Fling & Spring Road are reserved for private racing in the AM, opening later in the day. The NASTAR course is reserved for private racing all day. Inverness and Brambles are reserved for GMVS racing.

GMX, Super Bravo and Heaven's Gate are scheduled for 8 AM. All other lifts open at 9 AM. Slide Brook and Tommy's Toy will be closed until winter returns. The Mad Bus offers free daily shuttles between the base areas & around town.

Join us on and off the slopes for exciting events this week including live music at all of the mountain pubs & apres s'mores in the courtyard. Reserve your spot in the Castlerock Extreme on March 4th before they are all gone and get a team together for the High Fives Fat Ski-A-Thon on March 5th! Turn any day into an extraordinary adventure by reserving your spot on our first tracks cabin cat through Lincoln Peak Guest Services.

Be better informed with the Sugarbush App for both Apple and Android devices. Uphill travel is permitted on designated routes. Review the Skier Responsibility code for a safe season of adventure.

Sugarbush ... be better here.
