Snow Report

7:00AM Wednesday, March 4, 2015

On February 4th, 1824 J.W. Goodrich introduced the first rubber galoshes. Thanks to Mr. Goodrich, we’re able to stay outside longer and enjoy wintertime all season long! Now that’s awesome. Thanks to Okemo, skiers and riders can enjoy sweet shredding all winter long too! Today we have all 120 trails and all 45 miles of skiable terrain open. We have 12 lifts spinning to give you access to two inches of super nice new snow we received overnight! The mountain has packed powder and machine groomed conditions and great coverage. Please note Wardance is on hold for racing.

This morning the summit temperature is 24 and the base temperature is 33. The forecast is cloudy skies becoming partly sunny with temperatures in the low to high 30s! With this amazing weather, catching last chair is a must. You can even enjoy lunch outside today at one of our amazing dining options, including The Summit Lodge, Squeels on Wheels or the Sugar House!

Vermont and New Hampshire residents, don’t forget today is Wednesday, which means with proof of residency, you can ski all day for just $39. Yep, it is a “Wonderful Wednesday!”

If you’re not a VT or NH resident, not to worry, we have some deals for you too! Check out our Spring Lift Ticket Deals. You can get a lift ticket for any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for only $63, but you must buy online.

Don’t forget to join us this Saturday, March 7th for the Light the Night Rail Jam! We’re lighting up the snow on Bull Run for skiers and riders of all ages to show off their best moves. There will even be $5,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs! Registration is from 3 to 5 p.m. inside the Clock Tower Base Lodge. The competition starts at 6:00 p.m. We’ll see you out there!

The Spring Skiesta Card is on sale now! Which means you could have unlimited skiing and riding from March 20 until closing day for only $99! You must buy online before March 20 for the best price. We anticipate staying open into April, so if you do some quick math, you could ski for about $5 a day! Season Passes for next season are also on sale now! Buy before April 30 for the lowest price.

Now is the time to buy gear for next season! Visit our Okemo snowsports shops for discounts up to 30% off!
