Valle di Gressoney Ski Resorts FAQ

The Gressoney-Valley is at the foot of Monte Rosa in Aosta-Valley. Modern and fast skilifts and pistes of different difficulty levels (easy, medium and “black”), in order to satisfy your thirst for alpine skiing and snowboarding. In spring ... the whitest snow, the charm of silence, immaculate slopes: routes for ski-mountaineering of various difficulty levels are waiting for you! A superb view of a breathtaking landscape that fades into the distance and the thrill of the descent. Gressoney is one of the few ski resorts that offer heliskiing. Is alpine skiing not your strong point? Snow-covered meadows and enjoyable ups and downs through the woods for those who are passionately fond of cross-country skiing or walking with snowshoes. On the contrary, those who like ice can climb the fascinating and mysterious frozen waterfalls or glide and twirl on the skating rink. Do your children want to learn skiing or simply to play and to have a good time? In this case there is nothing better than the marvellous snow parks, which are equipped with conveyor belts (tapis roulant) and blow-up toys. At your disposal there are also the sport centre "Gressoney Sport Haus", the gym “Palatz” and the wellness centres in many local hotels and apartment houses.
