All ski areas closed today except Balme Vallorcine. Snow, rain, windy all day. Soft, wet snow.

Took gondola up to ski, strong winds gondola closed for some time. Came back down when reopened. Winds stronger at ski area than in valley

Total powder on slopes. On marked runs it’s wiped clean in some areas and you come across the ice so best to be careful!
