This whole experience was a nightmare. We arrive 30 minutes after they opened and they had already run out of snowboards. They also did not have any winter clothing like bibs (which they had advertised for rent online). The whole process was disorganized. We waited about an hour just to get a lift ticket. Then an hour and a half in another line to get boots. Then over half an hour in a 3rd like to get skis (which we didn’t even want in the first place but had to do since they were out of snowboards and we drive 2.5 hours here already). Initially the woman bringing people in for boots had said we could get a refund because of the lack of snowboards but then they refused to give anyone their money back. The staff was rude and the customer service was extremely poor. I basically feel like they just rob you of almost $200 just to force you to stand in like for most of your day.
No pros
Long lines, not enough equipment, rude staff, overpriced

The property was well taken care of. Nothing out of order. They watched about us. Took care of a sprained ankle, sent us to hospital but stabilized the ankle first. Loved visiting there. Made friends there as well. Lost contact with good friend Glenn Johnston. If anyone knows where he is please let me know.
Had a place there many years ago, wonder family fun.

Been going here for 25 years, my children and now my grandchildren have learned to ski / snowboard here-Great for fun family outing to learn to ski or snow board-ski patrol very observant and proactive about safety-little children are safe here -there are inexpensive lessons on the beginners slope for the novice or first time skiier-most spend morning on beginners slope and afternoon on intermediate slope-on weekends groups make it crowded but intermediate slope is basically empty until noon-Excellent value for familys learning to ski/snowboard not for downhill racers who want to challenge their abilities on jumps or over moguls.
Well managed and controlled
only 2 slopes
Very small mountain with great snow on the weekend of 1 20 2008. Great for beginners and kudos to the ski patrol for the job they did with all those kids, especially mine.Thank you to the Happy Police, especially Gary, for keeping the lines short.
