More than 35,000 winter sports enthusiasts are expected to gather at the Colorado Convention Center in early November for Denver's annual preseason bash and blast known as the Colorado Ski and Snowboard Expo.

Over a three-day period, Nov. 7-9, you'll be able to check out what's new in the world of skiing and snowboarding in Colorado and beyond. All 26 Colorado resorts will have representatives available to fill you in, and ski resorts from other parts of the country will have booths to satisfy your curiosity.

The Expo is also renowned for hosting the single largest ski and snowboard sale in the biggest temporary ski shop in Colorado - more than 20,000-square- feet of inventory for men, women, adults, kids, skiers, and riders in the latest styles and with deep discounts.

There will be plenty of shopping and entertainment - including a rail jam competition and  aerial shows -- well as a Kids Snow-Play area where the youngsters can actually try skiing or snowboarding.

Admission for the Expo is $12 - cash only at the door.  The Expo is free for kids 12 and under who are accompanied by a paid adult.

Doors open at noon and close at 10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7. Expo hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
