What . . . A large leisure facility and dry ski slop providing skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, and snowtubing.
There are two perma-snow ski slopes: a 160-metre main slope and a 60-metre nursery slope, both accessed via button tow lifts.
Everyone over the age of 4 can also enjoy the 500-metre toboggan run and snowtubing (large inflatable rings) which takes place on the main slope at specified times.
Open practice is available every day for experienced skiers and boarders without tuition; sessions last for 1.5 hours. Alternatively, sign up for a private or group lesson available for ages 3 and above.
The centre is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m to 6 p.m. at weekends.
Other amenities . . . A fully licensed bar and restaurant on site. The centre also offers fully catered children's parties (4-11 years), weddings, and business events.
Price . . . An open practice session (1.5 hours) costs £13.50-£15.50 for adults; £10.50-£11.50 juniors.
