Panorama Mountain Village offers several places to stay. But its Pine Inn has a budget ski and stay package that costs the same as one adult lift ticket.

The Pine Inn caters to those trying to watch the pocketbook. Rates start at $74 CAN per person per night with lift tickets included. A one-day lift adult lift ticket costs $74 CAN.

A minimum two-night stay is required for the Pine Inn ski and stay package, and the $74 per person rate is based on double occupancy. The package also includes the use of the Panorama Springs Hot Pools.

The slopeside Pine Inn features basic non-smoking rooms with full baths, televisions, phones, and daily housekeeping service. Amenities at the four-story inn include a hot tub, sauna, ski storage, and a convenience store.

The inn sits in the village complex within walking distance to the Mile 1 Quad, bars, shopping, and restaurants. Those planning to stay over St. Paddy's Day will want to hit the T-Bar and Grill for the annual March 17 celebration.

The package is available by phone reservation only. Rates are available through April 11.

Skiers and riders new to Panorama can catch a free mountain tour to orient them to the slopes. The tours run daily at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
