It's a Bluebird Sky Week! We have record conditions and acreage with 30+ acres of new Green Peak Trails and 53 total trails, not even including all of our glades, FunRuns, and wicked venture zones! We also have parks open for all ages and sizes. A new small Jurassic Progression Park is open on Lower Periphery. We also have our medium size, skate-style park on Stillness that has a new jump added to the 18+ features. Plus our big air Exhibition Park and the Exhibition Poma Lift will be open all weekend and next week! Our Park Crew has been continuously working to keep conditions in prime shape and mix up features for plenty of variety, plus we are building on Higher Ground for the upcoming Skier and Boarder Cross on Saturday! Two great FunRuns are open as well, including a beginner FunRun on Leroy's Loop and our signature FunRun on Rock Island. This Wicked Venture Zone begins with a series of 20 rollers, a mild jump, a large bank turn, then a series of 6 quicker banked turns, 350+ feet of moguls, three more large rollers, and a small jump line! Or check out our variety of different glades for plenty of untouched powder and fun features like ski through the sugar shack!

Conditions and Weather the last few days have been absolutely phenomenal and some of the best we have seen in years. We received 14" of snow from last Wednesday's storm and are going to continue to leave as many trails ungroomed for as long as possible. We are also skiing on a great base depth which is holding up well with all the warm weather. We will also leave some ungroomed terrain on 1/3 or 1/2 of some black and blue trails and plenty of natural snow can be found in our glades! This morning is beautiful and clear with warms temps in the high 40s. We should see some clouds or fog rolling in later this afternoon for mostly cloudy skies and a chance of rain showers, probably between 10-11 and then cloudy skies for the rest of the day. With the rising temperatures for the last two days we are sliding down Mt. Tecumseh on fast, soft snow. The great carving, spring conditions in February are a treat and we are enjoying them while they last this week before some rain today and a chance of a few showers tomorrow and then more snow is predicted to fall Sunday into Monday! We are leaving our Sunnyside trails ungroomed today because the naturally developing bumps are just so fun! Our Northside trails have been holding up especially well in the shade for a loose granular becoming wet granular as the day goes on, a very easy surface to ski. It is a day to wear a waterproof layer or use the showers later as an excuse to head inside for the happiest hours on the mountain. Apres in Buckets and T-Bars features live music, specials and giveaways, and movies for the kids! We are going to power through the next two days, give Mother Nature the cold shoulder while we enjoy a jam-packed events weekend, and then celebrate again when temperatures drop on Saturday and any early precipitation turns to snow by the evening, with flurries Sunday morning, and fresh inches by Monday!

Eats and Happenings can be found at the Marketplace, the Schwendi Hutte, T-Bars, the Sunnyside Timberlodge, Buckets, and the Waffle Cabin all week! Our last Comedy Show SOLD OUT! Make sure to grab your tickets for TOMORROW'S hilarious New Hampshire Comedian Juston McKinney before they are gone too! Have some laughs at the Waterville Valley Conference Center, just steps from town square, for just $20 online now! This weekend might be the most jam-packed weekend of events this season! This is not the weekend to miss out. Tomorrow we have Skier and Boarder Cross, 80's Day, Nordic Demos, the 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner, Green Peak Trail Names Announced, and the Final Winter Fireworks! Enjoy music and comedy, and fantastic food, brews, and views, all surrounded by the beautiful White Mountains. See our Full Event Calendar for even more.

Stop by tonight's Comedy Show and say hello! I'll be the one laughing!

Good weather, soft "mash potatoes". Hopefully the impending rain won't decimate the remaining snowpack

Skied Monday...Many trails were all corny. Def could have used a grooming. Lots of patchy ice and few spots still covered with powder.

Went on Monday, good cover but hard as rock in most places. Some groomed stuff softened in the pm. If you can hold an edge it was fast and fun.

Skied Sunday, started out very wet and sticky. In the afternoon, as the temps began to drop, started to freeze up which actually made it a lot better

They've got a lot of snow! Mashed potatoes in the sun, great snow in the shade. Got a little scratchy by end of the day.
