Very nice mountain town. Great terrain. Frustrating crowd on greens and blues all day long. Not enjoyable. Maybe low season could be enjoyable.

I went on a Monday hoping to avoid a crowded mountain, This was the first mistake, mountain was crawling with people, lift lines were over 10 minutes, every chairlift ride was packed full. The mountain was half closed, and the terrain was full of bare spots and lots of rocks hiding under a dusting of snow, where there was coverage, it was ICY, I am an experienced snowboarder, and I had multiple times where the ice nearly caused a crash. (cannot imagine being a beginner here) Terrain parks were tiny, 2-3 small features. I skipped these as all the landings were like an ice skating rink. My recommendation if you want to have a great day skiing or riding, is to skip this mountain, and go somewhere where the timeshares are not the primary priority.

Minimal crowds early season with generally plenty snow!

Steeper terrain, some excellent black diamonds but not an easy transition for some people to blues. Can give you a real workout.

I like the all around experience that Breck offers- great mountain, something for everyone to enjoy. The town is the best in CO, imho - it's authentic and that really comes through. Great food, great shops, lots of cultural things. Breck is great summer and winter!

Good selection for the entire family

Other than dealing with the altitude issue from being a low lander, this mountain was by far the best I have skied. As with any ski resort, a bit on the expensive side which is expected. The snow, the well maintained lifts, and overall surroundings make this a place I will visit again.

It is an overrated ski area in my opinion. Sure it's big but a lot of the terrain is similar and not that interesting. Lots of mellow cruising runs. Can be crazy overcrowded on busy days.
